    A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Eamon Rockey previously served as a bartender and captain at Eleven Madison Park and also put in time at esteemed NYC spot Gilt. These formative experiences gave him an eye for flawlessly integrated service and a passion for dining and drinking. Rockey graciously provides guests with classically inspired cocktails, traditionally grown wines, and meticulously brewed sakes and craft beers.
