Nick Curtin joins Compose after honing his craft as Sous Chef at Jack Lamb's boutique restaurant, Jack's Luxury Oyster Bar, sibling restaurant to Degustation and Jewel Bako. He also spent time behind the burner at Jean-Georges' Michelin starred Perry Street. Curtin brings with him a sense of refinement, and is constantly striving for perfection as each plate leaves his kitchen.
